So many wonderful memories of my Mom-time:
I used to make outfits for my 3 girls from fabric gained from coats or clothing purchased at church rummage sales, after washing, of course. Once in awhile, I went to JCP and bought brand new fabric. One of the most memorable times was when I bought flowered yellows, pinks, and blues, and made sundresses, then matching capes of solid colors. I made a vest of more subdued color for my son. We lived in the village of Pompey, NY, and my 4 beautiful children (Diana, Denise, Joe, Sarah) and I walked to church one Easter Sunday, having our own little Easter parade. I loved being a Mom!
